- Teamer closes on Monday 5 October 2026. After that, team and user data can no longer be accessed.
- Teamer says there are no export tools to move a team's events and members lists to a new system.
- Teamer Premium subscriptions were cancelled during September 2026, and all users were emailed on 5 August 2026.

Your data
We only bring across what you need
Dates of birth, medical details, notes, phone numbers and addresses are left out automatically, whatever your list contains. You only import what you copy yourself – Squono never logs in to Teamer for you.
Questions
What does Squono import from a Teamer list?
Players' names, shirt numbers and positions, and parents' names and email addresses. We deliberately never import dates of birth, medical information, notes, phone numbers or addresses – those columns are removed as soon as your list is read, and the page tells you which ones.
Will everyone get an email as soon as I paste the list?
No. Nothing is sent until you press “Invite families”. You can check the list, remove anyone and invite one team at a time.
Can I bring our payment history across?
No – we only import members and fixtures. For subs from now on, parents can pay by bank transfer with their own reference, or set up a standing order once and have every month matched automatically when the treasurer imports the bank statement. Both are free.
Do parents have to download an app?
No. Families can answer availability and pay from a link in an email. The app is there if they want it.
Is it really free?
Yes. Everything for running a team is free, with no adverts and no limit on teams or members. Squono Pro, for match video, is optional and chosen team by team.
