Payments without the pain

Payment requests for subs, kit and tournaments. Bank transfer and cash are free. Instant online payments by card or Pay by Bank, into your club's own Stripe account, are optional and carry a Squono fee of 0.5%, capped at £1 per payment, plus Stripe's own processing fee.

Cash counts too

Mark cash or bank transfer payments as paid, cancel a request made in error and give refunds from the app.

Easy to reconcile

Export payments for your treasurer, so the numbers match the bank.

Works from a link

Parents can reply and pay from an email or link. The app is better, but never required.

Parents in control

One account for all their children and clubs. They can leave a group themselves and decline in bulk.

Free tournaments with live scores

  • Optional entry fee per team, paid by bank transfer with a reference for each team
  • Groups then knockout (with cup and plate), round robin only, or knockout only
  • Automatic schedule across your pitches – then adjust it
  • Scorers enter and correct scores from a link and PIN; tables update by themselves
  • Anyone follows with the tournament code or QR code, no account needed, plus a big-screen view
  • U7–U11: results and tables aren't published, in line with FA rules

  • Each video is filed with its fixture – coaches check it before anyone else can see it
