Payments into your account

Subs, kit and tournament money by bank transfer into your club's account, free. Instant online payments through your club's own Stripe account are optional and carry a Squono fee of 0.5%, capped at £1 per payment, plus Stripe's own processing fee. Cash marked as paid, refunds and a reconciliation export for the treasurer.

Free tournaments

Squono Pro

Match video for the teams that want it

Squono Pro gives families every match to watch back, highlights that build themselves from taps on the touchline, every parent's phone clips in one place and family passes for grandparents. It's chosen and paid per team, so your U14s can have Pro while your U8s stay on Free.

Full matches are kept for a set period – initially 12 months – with notice before anything is removed. See Pro pricing.

The club stays in control

Chat is for adults only, with no private messages between adults and children. For Pro teams, your club confirms it has the permissions and policies it needs before any video is published, decides who sees what, and can take a video down straight away if a concern is raised.

Private by default

Your team isn't public. Only people your club invites can see its schedule, chat and videos, and every video goes through a permission check.

Your club decides who sees what

Choose who can watch full matches, highlights, results and downloads – the whole team, coaches only, or selected families.

No public profiles of children

There are no public player pages, no search listings and no social feed. Email subject lines never mention children, teams or scores.

Hide what you need to

Hide scores for younger age groups, keep coaching notes for coaches, and take a video down straight away if a concern is raised.

Register the club, add your teams and bring your members across. Add Squono Pro to any team whenever you're ready.
  • Create your account and confirm your email
  • Add your club name, colours and welfare contact
  • Create your teams – age group, format and kit colours
  • Import members from Spond's Excel/CSV export or a spreadsheet
  • Set up training and fixtures for the season, then invite coaches and families
